I found the location of Hotel Soloha @ Chinatown quite convenient, situated between two MRT stations and close to various restaurants, which made exploring easy. However, the room was quite disappointing, lacking essential amenities like multiple power outlets and enough space. Overall, while it served my needs for a short stay, there are definitely better options available.

The room was too small, and I struggled with limited space. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, as I found the towels to be dirty with hairs from previous guests. Also, the noise from adjacent rooms made it hard to relax.
Service

While the reception staff attempted to assist with my questions, their communication wasn't very clear. This made the check-in process a bit frustrating and set a somewhat unfriendly tone for my stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic. I loved being just a short walk away from Chinatown with its vibrant atmosphere, food options, and convenient access to public transport.

Breakfast was not as expected. I was given vouchers for a set meal each day without options, which didn’t cater well to my kids’ preferences.

The hotel's facilities were lacking. I noticed issues like a broken safe that needed fixing upon our arrival, and the overall upkeep did not meet my expectations.

My stay at Hotel Soloha @ Chinatown had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right near great restaurants and in a vibrant area. However, the room was quite small, and I encountered some issues with cleanliness and unexpected pests. While the staff was friendly, my experience was marred by the overall condition of the room. 🌆😕

While breakfast included basic options like toast and cereal, it could have been improved with more variety or higher quality selections.

I had a two-night stopover at Hotel Soloha @ Chinatown, which was a cozy and clean place despite the room being a bit small. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown, close to public transport and many dining options. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, the hotel could certainly benefit from some renovations and improvements, especially in room maintenance.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Soloha @ Chinatown. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown and super close to the MRT, making it easy to explore the city. However, I faced some cleanliness issues with ants in my room, and the breakfast options were incredibly limited. Overall, it's a budget-friendly spot but could use some improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was clean but pretty small, and I did encounter some issues with ants. The design was a bit quirky; the toilet and shower shared a sliding door, which might be strange for some.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked questions, but their response to the cleanliness issue with the ants was just an apology without much follow-up.
Location

Honestly, the location couldn't get any better. Surrounded by great restaurants and right next to the MRT, it was perfect for getting around Chinatown and beyond.
Dining

The breakfast was quite disappointing, just a toaster with white bread and coffee powder. Thankfully, there are plenty of nearby dining options to make up for it.
Facilities

Basic facilities were available, and I appreciated the complimentary water and soft drinks in the lobby. However, WiFi should really be included in the price.

My stay at Hotel Soloha @ Chinatown had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Chinatown Food Street and MRT, making it easy to explore the area. However, I found the room to be quite small and not very well-maintained, with issues like unpleasant odors and a lack of ventilation. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the high price for the room did not align with the quality I expected. 😕

Rooms
5.0
The room was extremely small and had a lingering smell that made the experience uncomfortable. There was a noticeable hole in the ceiling, which felt creepy. I also struggled with inadequate ventilation, particularly in the toilet, which was annoyingly cramped.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally helpful, but I faced some frustrations, like when the receptionist was not able to assist effectively with my questions. There was also a moment when I had to troubleshoot a broken computer at the reception myself.
Location
5.0
The location of the hotel was one of its strong points. Situated in quiet Chinatown, it was conveniently close to great restaurants and public transport, making getting around the city a breeze.
Dining
5.0
While breakfast was included, I found it quite basic. However, there are many nearby dining options, including MacDonald's just a short walk away, offering better alternatives.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like housekeeping were satisfactory, but I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel, including issues like mold in the room. Additionally, the internet connection wasn’t free or cheap, which was a letdown.
